Ian joined Strata SFR in early 2021 as the 3rd team member of the company.
Before joining Strata, Ian worked in residential real estate as well as having previous work experience in technology consulting, finance, and accounting. He currently runs the dispositions of SFR portfolios for Strata totaling over $50M in sales and several hundred units in his tenure.
Ian attended Fordham University where he played baseball for 4 years and majored in Finance. He also has a Master’s Degree in Analytics from Northeastern University.
In his free time, Ian enjoys traveling with his wife, Morgan, playing golf, and attending local Charlotte sporting events.
