Strata was a great addition to our Off- Market Build For Rent efforts. They sourced a single site townhome project for us which we received by being part of their Inner Circle. The builder was a regional builder and we closed on the project with Strata helping along the way. We were happy to work with them as buyers and very pleased with their performance from start to finish.
