Strata was a great addition to our Off- Market Build For Rent efforts. They sourced a single site townhome project for us which we received by being part of their Inner Circle. The builder was a regional builder and we closed on the project with Strata helping along the way. We were happy to work with them as buyers and very pleased with their performance from start to finish.

Strata sourced a great Build For Rent Project for us in one of our key, target markets. We were part of Strata’s Inner Circle of Investors, so when the project came to us as a first look, we jumped on it and ended up closing with the builder. They were great to work with, knowledgeable and really knew their way around a Build For Rent transaction. We were very impressed and pleased.

We closed on a Build For Rent project that Strata brought us from a national homebuilder interested in selling the entire community. Strata not only sourced the project, but also analyzed it to spec, and worked with us all the way to the closing table. We continue to source deals through Strata and couldn't be more pleased.

My firm develops lots all over the state of Florida. When the Build to Rent trend started to emerge, breaking into that space was made exponentially easier by hiring a broker that had connections and new how to find the right buyer. We ended up selling one of our projects to a foreign investment fund for a great price. I was pleased and appreciated Strata’s role in bringing the deal together.

I had a land position which included a few dozen lots located in a small submarket in Florida. I knew that selling to a regional builder was the best plan. We hired Strata SFR to find that builder and they did. We closed in a reasonable amount of time at a price that we were happy with.

We had several projects that worked well as rentals and wanted to gain access to investors in the Build For Rent space. Strata helped us package three of our communities and market them to funds, one of which we ended up selling all three communities to. The process was streamlined and Strata was a pleasure to work with.

Strata sold a full community of 150 units for us. We wanted to capitalize on the Build For Rent trend and bought and developed a community for that purpose. With Strata’s guidance on pricing, packaging and buyer selection, we ended up selling the entire community to an institutionally backed investment firm for a price we were happy with.

We built 600 homes and were looking to sell them as Build For Rent to investors. Selling individually would have cost to much money and time. Strata was able to put together one deal that got us out efficiently and cost effectively making our investors happy with the returns.

We primarily buy, renovate, and build homes. I own 450 myself, and decided to sell 150 of my rentals. I gave them to Strata, they got me offers right away and ended up selling for a great price. We were under contract for a few months with some issues along the way, but Strata kept the deal together and we ended up closing. I was very happy.

We wanted to sell all of our properties in one transaction without doing anything to our properties. Strata put together our sale and it was seamless.
