Alan joined Strata SFR in 2021 as the 2nd team member of the company to manage the underwriting of SFR portfolios and BTR communities. He now, alongside CEO Adam Stern, leads business development and dispositions on the BTR side of the business.

Alan has an extensive analytical background and before joining Strata, held various roles within corporate finance, asset management, and investment banking.
Alan attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where he majored in Economics. In his free time, Alan enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel, and sports.
